| well im in college now. ohio northern university. things are going pretty decently. besides the fact for all of the drama in this damn college. problems in my dorm building and problems with my advisor b/c he wants me to play for his bands and his bands only. im playing solo parts for symphonic band. the only french horn in orchestra. first part on mello for marching band. not being in jazz band b/c my advisor is a dick. but other than those things everything else is great. alan is finally moved into the house. were like in the process of moving stuff around and getting it all homey to our liking. the frat house next to me is awesome. school is so like easy that im bored. piano is going better than i thought it would. my horn lesson teacher doesnt know much about horn so im kinda disappointed. i miss hanging out with my friends from home but ive made some new amazing friends here. but well ive got to get going. gotta pack b/c the marching band is going to canada tonight. were going for the weekend. we leave tonight at like 1 am. so i gotta get on my packing. so ill ttyl. -mandy | | |
| well since ive last updated ive basically been at alans the last few days. i went to the drive in with his parents and little sister on sat cuz he had to work and tonight we went to go see greenville's fireworks and of course he had to work so i went with his parents and little bro and little sis. so two nights in a row staying here. he is off tomorrow night so we will probably go see union city's fireworks and yet again i will probably stay here. so yeah. lol. they may eventually get sick of me. alan and i are doing really well. the house that i picked out that they went to go look at friday morning we are gonna get get. they fell in love with it and are already deciding how to fix it up and what to change and how to decorate each room and stuff. so yay. so yeah my good pickings did good! and the house is in the country and is like on a main highway and is a 20 minute drive for both of us. so yeah its the perfect house. so we will have a big party once we get settled in so i may have to invite some of you to show up! well friday i go to ohio northern's orientation. i cant wait. although im kinda nervous about the spanish test i have to take. i havent been in spanish since my junior year and i moved at the most crucial time of the class and came back and finished but not knowing half of the stuff. so i think i might do bad on the test. who knows. we'll see i guess. i hop that i get my ap exam test scores back soon cuz im getting kinda anxious. well ok im bored so im gonna go to bed. bye all! | | |
| wow its been forever. yeah i think that myspace really did take over. at least it did for me. well lets see. graduation was great. honors diploma and summa cum laude. yay! well im going to ohio northern university in the fall as a music education major. it sux that ill be a freshman all over again. oh well. well alan and i are doing amazing. were looking for homes. the one weve been on the way to getting for the last 3 months they finally said that the bank isnt gonna give us the money for that house b/c now i guess its possibly got asbestos so yeah. so were back to the house hunt again. we will get one soon though. alan and his bro went to go house hunting again in the morning after work. so anyways. ive been bored. not working because i was waiting to move up there to finally get a good job. well im looking forward to school. ive chosen my maid of honor for my wedding. charise. hehe. im excited for planning this. i cant wait for it. im also looking for the miss annie oakley contest. im going for it this year. so all other contestants, you better watch out for me! well ok thats enough crap to tell you guys about. ill ttyl. -mandy anderson | | |
| well its been forever since ive updated. myspace kinda took over. well ive been really busy. senior year is almost over. i have like 7 school days left or something like that. prom was amazing. alan and i had such a great time. we just kinda went around on our own dancing the night away with each other. i know he had a good time even if he says he didnt. we had a blast. then three days later his bro wrecked the spyder eclipse. someone ran out in front of him. totalled the front end. found out we get the house in wapakoneta. we have to pay the down payment by thursday. so we should have it. so yay. then ill be closer to school and alan will be like 10 mins from work. then ill be on my way up to ada to ohio nothern university. so yay. i got a job at the whistle stop in ansonia. work on the weekends. at least its some money. wish i would work more during the week. but oh well. wont be there much longer and i just started. we have our band awards banquet next monday. i hope i get the john philip sousa and the louis armstrong awards. i really really hope i do. if i dont, ill be upset and disappointed. oh well i guess well see. my gma from texas is coming in on wednesday. so yeah i gotta do some cleaning big time. i gotta get to jazz band rehearsal so ill see ya all later. bye! | | |
| well i have some good news. found out from onu today that i got the dean's talent award for music for $8,000 which is the largest award that i know of. yay. so im so glad that i got it. with the bad news from yesterday this just makes me feel so much better. so yay. onu here i come! i find out next week sometime of how much money im gonna get from my fafsa so well see. hopefully its enough to go. just have to wait and see. so yeah alan and i are gonna spend all weekend together and have a great time. going to the movies tomorrow night. so yeah itll be a party weekend for sure. have fun everyone. -mandy | | |
